Typically, the week of the performance, rehearsals are Wednesday through Friday (usually in the evenings) with the performances on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.  Stage hands MUST be available to attend all rehearsals and performances.  Due to all the timing ques that are set and adjusted during each of the rehearsals, it is almost impossible for someone that has not been to rehearsal to have a smooth show.

Your assistance will be needed at the performance hall at least 1 hour prior to curtain going up.

The week of the performance, setup (Load In) is typically Wednesday from 1 to 4 while tear down (Load Out) is typically Sundays from 3 to 6.  Both Load In and Load Out includes helping to transport props and other necessities between the studio to the performance hall.  Pickups and vans are always helpful for these positions.
