Jaddyn Olivas is a Senior dance major At Ball State University, and is from Newburgh, IN. She has been a part of two original shows, Grief and Dancing Towards Change. In the latter, Jaddyn made her debut as choreographer with one full piece and one concept piece. She also contributed to the written aspects of Dancing Towards Change. Her dance training includes 15 years of classical ballet and 4 years of competition commercial dance. Over the course of her career, Jaddyn has participated in various productions including The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She has trained with Chandra Kuykendall of the Colorado Ballet, Heath Gill of the Atlanta Ballet, and Sidra Bell of Sidra Bell Dance New York. In 2018, she was chosen to join Oyo II in Columbus Ohio.
